PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT

We have a very easy, hassle-free returns policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a prompt credit coupon. Simply return unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached in the original box packing within 15 days of delivery for an exchange. You will be issued a credit coupon only for the item(s) you are returning. This coupon can be used for a future purchase on bodylinelingerie.co.in.

What are the items/services that I cannot return? Following are our returns guidelines

1. Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on briefs, swimwear, shapewear, hosiery, or any lingerie set that includes a brief. If these items are returned to Bodyline they will be sent back to you at your expense.
2. Gift cards are non-returnable and can't be exchanged for cash.
3. Gift box charges won't be refunded if goods are returned. Also, any replacements you've asked for won't be gift boxed.
4. Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.
5. Items on special or season promotions and stock clearance. The no return policy will be mentioned in the product tab in such cases.
6. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. How do I return something? Check that the items you're intending to return meet our returns guidelines. Then follow these instructions to request a return:

Step 1: Put the item(s) you intend to return along with the original invoice, product tags and product packaging in a shipping box.
Step 2: Seal the box securely with a tape.
Step 3: Call us on 022-28702105 to check if a pick-up is available in your area or not. Bodyline provides reverse pick up facility in only cases of wrong or defective products delivered by Bodyline or you feel your consignment has been tampered with during transit. In case your reason to return is none of the above, follow step 4. In case you are returning a product for any of the above mentioned reasons, our logistics partner will come and pick up your returns box.
Step 4: Send us the packed box through your preferred courier service. Ensure that the following address is securely pasted on the returns box -

Bodyline will send you a coupon of upto Rs.100 towards shipping charges.
Step 5: Once you have shipped the box, send us an email at customercare@bodylinelingerie.co.in to inform us about the returns shipment. Please include your original order ID number in the email.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund within 10 working days of receiving your courier. Is pick-up facility available in my area? We offer pick-up facility in the following cities –
Reverse Pick Up will be arranged as per the pin code availability in the below mentioned cities -

3. Chandigarh
4. Chennai
5. Delhi
6. Gurgaon
7. Hyderabad
8. Kolkata
9. Mumbai
10. Pune

Please note that Bodyline provides reverse pick up facility in only cases of wrong or defective products delivered by Bodyline or you feel your consignment has been tampered with during transit. My city is not in the pick-up facility list, what should I do? If your city is not mentioned in the list, please send us your packed returns box through your preferred courier service. Ensure that the following address is securely pasted on the returns box –
